We bring a family friendly environment to the art of eating sushi.

Our Sushi Chef has 18 years experience in sushi and he has been Certified by All Japan Association in Sushi Proficiency and Skills Master.

All started when he was 17 years old and took his first sushi class with a Japanese immigrant Sushi Master from Kasato Maru *.

His passion about sushi never stop growing since then.
He came to England with a goal to embrace the culture enjoy his
Rock 'n' Roll and become a professional chef.
After ups and downs working in many different restaurants, including Michelin Stared ones in over 12 years he paved his way up from no English speaker kitchen porter to Head Chef in a famous sushi restaurant in London.
Now he has more than he could have dreamed about.
He owns ROCK STAR SUSHI BAR
and is very thankful to his family and partner for their support.
